«Όλες οι κλίνες εντατικής θεραπείας που υπάρχουν στο Λαϊκό Νοσοκομείο λειτουργούν πλήρως. Πέρυσι την άνοιξη μέσα στην κλινική κορονοϊού δημιουργήθηκαν εκτάκτως κάποιες κλίνες.
Αυτές στελεχώθηκαν, λειτούργησαν για λίγο ως κλίνες ΜΕΘ, δεν υπήρχε καν πεπιεσμένος αέρας. Υπήρχε μόνο οξυγόνο και χρειαζόταν ειδικοί αναπνευστήρες που να συμπιέζουν το οξυγόνο. Δημιουργήθηκαν λοιπόν πέντε κλίνες εκ των ενόντων, λόγω τεχνικού προβλήματος. Όταν λειτούργησε αυτή η μονάδα, λειτούργησε για ένα συγκεκριμένο χρονικό διάστημα με πολύ μέτρια, επιεικής χαρακτηρισμός, αποτελέσματα»
