Χωρίς καμία παράταση θα ισχύσει το μέτρο αναστολής εργασίας από 1η Σεπτεμβρίου στους υγειονομικούς που είναι ανεμβολίαστοι ή δεν έχουν πιστοποιητικό νόσησης 6 μηνών.
Οι ανεμβολίαστοι εργαζόμενοι σε ιδιωτικό και δημόσιο τομέα -πλην εκπαιδευτικών και εργαζομένων σε τουρισμό, εστίαση, τηλεοπτικές, κινηματογραφικές, μουσικές, χορευτικές και θεατρικές παραγωγές- θα πρέπει να κάνουν ένα εργαστηριακό rapid test αντιγόνου κάθε εβδομάδα. Αυτά τα τεστ θα πραγματοποιούνται αποκλειστικά σε ιδιωτικά διαγνωστικά κέντρα με δαπάνη του εργαζομένου έναντι 10 ευρώ το τεστ.Οι ανεμβολίαστοι εκπαιδευτικοί και ακαδημαϊκοί, οι εργαζόμενοι σε τουρισμό, εστίαση, τηλεοπτικές, κινηματογραφικές, θεατρικές, μουσικές και χορευτικές παραγωγές θα κάνουν δύο εργαστηριακά rapid test αντιγόνου κάθε εβδομάδα.
Ανεμβολίαστοι μαθητές και φοιτητές: Όσον αφορά τους μαθητές είναι υποχρεωτικά τα δύο self test την εβδομάδα και θα διατίθενται δωρεάν από το κράτος. Για τους φοιτητές θα ισχύει το εργαστηριακό PCR τεστ ή rapid test δύο φορές την εβδομάδα αποκλειστικά σε ιδιωτικά διαγνωστικά κέντρα με δαπάνη του φοιτητή.
Για ανεμβολίαστους ταξιδιώτες προς όλους τους ηπειρωτικούς και νησιωτικούς προορισμούς της χώρας με αεροπλάνο, πλοίο και ΚΤΕΛ, υποχρεούνται σε ένα εργαστηριακό rapid test αντιγόνου 48 ώρες πριν το ταξίδι, για τους ενήλικους και ανήλικους 12 έως 17 ετών και self test για τους ανήλικους 5 έως 12 ετών. Τα τεστ θα πραγματοποιούνται αποκλειστικά σε ιδιωτικά διαγνωστικά κέντρα με δαπάνη του ταξιδιώτη έναντι 10 ευρώ το τεστ.
Από 13 Σεπτεμβρίου σε δημόσιες δομές διάγνωσης Covid-19 οι ανεμβολίαστοι δεν θα μπορούν να κάνουν δωρεάν τεστ, θα πρέπει να το πληρώνουν σε ιδιωτικά διαγνωστικά κέντρα ενώ θα πληρώνουν κανονικά Φόρους για περίθαλψη!! Οι κυρώσεις μη συμμόρφωσης είναι αναστολή εργασίας για εργαζόμενους, μη προσέλευσης στο σχολείο για μαθητές και απαγόρευση μετακίνησης για ταξιδιώτες.Παράλληλα από την 1η Σεπτέμβρη ανοίγει η πλατφόρμα για την τρίτη δόση. Αναφερόμενη στην τρίτη δόση, η Πρόεδρος της Εθνικής Επιτροπής Εμβολιασμών, Μαρία Θεοδωρίδου. είπε ότι «θωρακίζει άτομα που παραμένουν ευάλωτα στην λοίμωξη λόγω αδυναμίας ανάπτυξης αντισωμάτων ή άτομα που κινούνται σε χώρους με αυξημένη έκθεση στον ιό», καθώς επίσης δρα ως υπενθύμιση «στο ανοσιακό σύστημα για να δημιουργηθούν υψηλότερα επίπεδα αντισωμάτων».
Η τρίτη δόση θα είναι με mRNA εμβόλιο (Pfizer, Moderna) για όλους, ακόμα κι αν στις δύο πρώτες δόσεις ο πολίτης έχει λάβει σκεύασμα από την AstraZeneca ή την J&J. Αναλυτικά τα μέτρα που θα ισχύσουν-Αναστολή εργασίας από 1η Σεπτεμβρίου για τους εργαζόμενους στα νοσοκομεία που δεν έχουν εμβολιαστεί ή δεν έχουν πιστοποιητικό νόσησης.
Σημειώνεται ότι ο υποχρεωτικός εμβολιασμός αφορά και ιδιώτες γιατρούς και φαρμακοποιούς και θα επιβάλλονται πρόστιμα και κυρώσεις για όσους δεν ευθυγραμμιστούν. Από τις 13 Σεπτεμβρίου οι ανεμβολίαστοι εργαζόμενοι σε δημόσιο και ιδιωτικό τομέα θα πρέπει να κάνουν ένα εργαστηριακό τεστ κάθε εβδομάδα – Στα 10 ευρώ το κόστος – Υποχρεωτικά δύο τεστ την εβδομάδα για ανεμβολίαστους εκπαιδευτικούς, από 13 Σεπτεμβρίου. Δωρεάν τεστ θα δίδονται μόνο σε μαθητές. Οι ανεμβολίαστοι εκπαιδευτικοί και ακαδημαϊκοί, οι εργαζόμενοι σε τουρισμό, εστίαση, τηλεοπτικές, κινηματογραφικές, θεατρικές, μουσικές και χορευτικές παραγωγές θα κάνουν δύο τεστ την εβδομάδα-Οι ανεμβολίαστοι πολίτες δεν θα μπορούν να προσέρχονται σε δημόσιες δομές για να πραγματοποιούν δωρεάν τεστ Covid πριν ταξιδέψουν-Σε όλους τους υπόλοιπους κλειστούς χώρους εργασίας ο εργοδότης βάσει νόμου έχει δικαίωμα να γνωρίζει ποιοι από τους εργαζόμενους είναι εμβολιασμένοι και ποιοι όχι.
